El memorialista solicitó a la Corporación asumir por vía excepcional la verificación del cumplimiento del fallo de la referencia.
Como quiera que el peticionario previamente presentó un escrito con pretensiones similares, el cual fue decidido negativamente por la Corporación, se dispone en esta oportunidad ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en Auto 261/17.
Se ordena remitir la petición formulada al Juzgado Segundo Penal del Circuito de Yopal, para que esta autoridad resuelva de fondo los requerimientos del actor y verifique el cumplimiento de la referida providencia.

- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en el Auto 261 de 2017 en el sentido de denegar la solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-349 de 2012, promovida por el señor Carlos Andrés Polanía Tovar.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, sea remitida la solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-349 de 2012 al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Yopal (Casanare), para que esta autoridad resuelva de fondo los requerimientos del peticionario y verifique el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, la presente decisión al señor Carlos Andrés Polanía Tovar (Carrera 23 N° 35, casa 190, Barrio 15 de Octubre, Yopal - Casanare).
